a scrapbook of memories
paper thin strips
plastered deep

You are amazing. A beautiful human, every man and every woman. Though our souls may at times set in darkness, remember that it will always rise in light. A balance of the in between, soaking up both. That is what makes us human and as I say, perfectly imperfect.
We all are a stunning mystery, and carry the weight of the world on our shoulders each and every single day. Trying to live up to expectations and what others say we need to be. Trying to find our place in this world, when all it wants to do is keep you in a box.
This is your reminder of how beautiful you truly are. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL. Look more than what any mirror will show you. The surface is only a small part of who you truly are. It’s the truth in the depths of you that is what matters the most. You are a work of art, beautifully painted and not by accident. Every beautiful part of you was created with a purpose.

of the night
alone
inside the obscurity
of her cold mind
beneath the cold surface
where her screams
are silent
where her dreams
are the inner voice
of violence
here there is no help
to fight the demons
who torture her
tormented soul
in the abyss
frozen in the
paralysis of fear
she weeps
a thousand tears
that no one can
hear
wishing to faintly
disappear
from hearing these
twisted words they
proclaim
as they replay

whispering the madness

reminding her of

My wish is that you find within yourself the peace and strength to know that you are fine just the way you are. You don’t need to be more than someone you’re not or less than the person you are. You only need to be YOU. Regardless of how the world responds to you.
My wish is that you see in yourself what is truly there. A strong, confident, incredible person. A tenacious soul with faults and scars, someone who doesn’t hide them and works hard each day to turn them into something they can be proud of.
Just remember, I’ll be rooting for you. I SEE YOU. Be yourself, be YOU, be the beautiful soul that is already deep inside of you, the real you. I SEE YOU.
