Don’t start your day carrying the broken pieces of yesterday.
The mistakes, disappointments, and hurts that followed you to bed do not deserve a permanent place at your breakfast table. Every morning arrives with a quiet invitation to begin again, to loosen your grip on what cannot be changed and make room for what still can.
Yesterday has already spoken. Let it rest.
Today is a blank page waiting for your footsteps, your choices, and your courage. Walk into it with open hands, not clenched fists full of old pain.
Some things are meant to stay behind so you can move forward.
Have a wonderful day, friends. I hope each of you feels loved, valued, and appreciated, not just for what you do, but for who you are.
Love,
Jennifer ❤️
I love the thought that today is a blank page waiting for my footprints! So encouraging!
And, I hope it was a wonderful one for you. Thank you so much 😊
This is beautiful, Jenn.
Sometimes the hardest part of a new day is believing we’re allowed to set down what we carried through the last one. Thank you for the reminder that healing doesn’t always happen in big moments—it often begins with the simple choice to keep moving forward.
Your words are a gentle encouragement to give ourselves grace, embrace a fresh start, and remember that our worth isn’t defined by our mistakes or struggles.
Wishing you a wonderful day as well, and thank you for sharing such kindness with all of us.
Love you queen. 🤍
That is the hardest part for me with a new day. We heal daily, little by little. It takes good people in our life too, that helps. I love you too, Queen 💕🌷❤️
Very well written! And quite right!
Far too many folks, myself included, dwell on the past; and usually it’s all negative past experiences.
Each day is new and an opportunity!
😊
You know, you’re not alone with the dwelling. I think it’s just part of us as humans.
Lovely to see you 😊
Happy to be here!
I need to stop by here a lot more often. I love your creativity so much!
I hope you had a great, happy and peaceful weekend! 🙂
You do need to stop by more often! From one photographer and creative person to another, I love your work!
My weekend wasn’t too bad in parts. Sun, a few drinks, and relaxing. How was yours?
I love that a new day bring new hope
It sure does!
I’m working on this. But I still have a lot of anger, bitterness, and resentment I’m working through from my past. Not at people, just at the environmental structure I was raised in. It’s held me back from being the truest authentic version of me from the beginning since I was a child. But I don’t like remaining in a victim mentality. But I need to keep processing this pain to heal too. Ugh, it’s just brutal, taxing, and I’m caught in a limbo really. I’m trying though, I’ll pat myself on the back for that at least. I just want a total blank page period. Just start over with something new.
That’s all you can do is keep trying and never give up! You will make it through it! I bet tons of people wish that they had a blank page to start over. The good thing is that each and everyone of us do, every single day. We are in control! We get to make decisions about our life. US! Not anyone else!
Love the message about living for now and each day being a blank page that should be filled with things about now!!!
Chuck 🙂 xoxo
Thank you, Chuck! I hope your blank pages have been filled with all good things.
Yes, I have most of my pages filled with good things, love and happiness that more than outweigh any pages that aren’t!!! Hope the same is true for you, Jennifer!
Chuck 🙂 xoxo
Mine are filled with calm and chaos, but I’m trucking along!
