written on the pages
of my soul
and within each poem
the ink is a witness
to our love
Untouched pages
you a poet
with a heart adorned in metaphors
stumbled upon the open canvas
of my notebook
me a dreamer
with eyes that held galaxies
discovered the same untouched pages
and as destiny would have it
our words collided
in the margins of fate
creating a love like no other
that pirouetted across the paper
A thousand wishes
within me is you
a story written with the ink
of a thousand wishes
and these blank pages
lay witness
to the timeless masterpiece
of you and I
Pieces of you and me
all I know
is that there is something
so eternal about us
an infinite connection between
your soul and mine
before the sun
and the moon
before the stars
found the night sky
still somehow
in some way
