  1. “our bones are no longer our own” , what a fantastic view on two people being so close they almost become one! Your poetry is always so beautiful Jennifer, and sometimes so erotic, at least in my mind anyway. I hope you are having a fantastic day ๐Ÿ’•

  2. This is such a beautiful piece, Jenn; one of your best, although it is difficult to choose a favourite one when they are all so good. I love those last few lines –

    ‘… where you and I
    are free
    bending to become one
    and our bones
    are no longer
    our own.’

Much love to you, Jenn Xx ๐Ÿ’“

    • Wow, Ellie! Thank you so much. It means so much to me that you love my poetry. I can’t thank you enough for your sweet words and friendship. Sending you lots of love, Ellie ๐Ÿ’–โค๐Ÿ˜˜๐ŸŒน๐Ÿ’•๐ŸŒธ

  3. Really loved this – especially these lines – “completely naked
    bare down to our souls
    and in this moment
    forgetting every scar
    that we wear
    inside these layers”!

You captured the sweetest moment ever – when two souls can be stripped naked and share and bond despite the scars and baggage we carry. Bellissimo, My Dear Bellissimo!
