I know at times it may feel like the weight of your world and the burdens you carry will suffocate you. The past and darkness seem to creep in every second of the day at times. I know you may feel lost and broken, unworthy, and empty. The nights feel so long, and the days feel so endless. We get so caught up in what OTHER’S think that we forget what is most important, which is what WE should be thinking of yourselves. Don’t allow yourself to live under the misconception of what others may think of you. What they think of you is none of your concern and a reflection of who they are, not who YOU truly are.
I know how that all feels. I’ve been there a million times more than I’ve ever wanted to be. You are not alone.
Trust me when I say, you’re worthy, We’re all worthy. You are deserving of great things despite what has been ingrained into your mind. Be patient and kind to yourself and know that you’re here in this world, at this moment, in this very second of time for a reason.
We are truly only a moment in this space. We blink, and time seems to move at a speed we just can’t comprehend. Love yourself, put yourself first, and I promise the rest will fall into place. Sending you all strength, love, and happiness.

Keep shining
In a world that often measures value by achievements, appearances, or the approval of others, it’s easy to forget an essential truth: you are enough, just as you are.
Knowing your worth isn’t about arrogance or pretending life doesn’t have room for growth. It’s about embracing the undeniable fact that your value isn’t tied to what you do but to who you are. Your worth exists because you do.
We live in a culture that encourages comparison—scrolling through highlight reels of other people’s lives, questioning if we’re doing enough or being enough. But here’s the thing: you’re not here to fit into anyone else’s mold or compete in a race that wasn’t meant for you. Your journey is yours alone, and that makes it extraordinary.
You are worthy of love, respect, and kindness—not because of what you’ve achieved, but because you exist. Let this be your reminder that even on the days you feel less than, your worth is unwavering.
You are enough, and the world is better with you in it.
Keep shining ❤️

Christmas Time
Decorating the Christmas tree is not just about placing ornaments on branches—it’s a time for family and friends to come together. It’s about sharing laughter, telling stories, and even revisiting memories as you unwrap ornaments from years past. Some might argue that the process of decorating is just as important, if not more so, than the final product. It’s a chance to slow down, savor the present moment, and appreciate the joy of being together.
Whether your tree is lavishly adorned or simply decorated with handmade touches, it’s a symbol of warmth and the spirit of the season. As you gather around it in the coming days, you’ll be reminded that the best decorations aren’t just the ones that sparkle and shine—they’re the ones that bring us closer to the people we love and the memories we cherish.

Look in the mirror

I know we all have those days when we stand in front of the mirror and wonder who we are exactly. Who am I? When did we let so many things in our life and especially society determine how we see ourselves? Why is it important what others think of us and not what we think of ourselves? We hold up different masks to see which we want to wear and push all the others to the side for another day.
When will we look in the mirror and say enough? I am beautiful beyond my skin, I am worthy. I don’t need to let my past define who I am right here and now. I can let go of all that’s happened to me. I can move on from a broken home, abusive relationships, drugs, alcohol, doubt, and self-destruction. I can let go and move on, it is possible.
I know at the end of the day when we’re standing in front of the mirror, no masks, no makeup. Just raw flesh and bones, we truly are the same. We are made up of the same matter and bleed the same color. We’re more alike than we all may realize. We often close our eyes so we don’t have to see all the flaws within, but we are missing the most beautiful thing to look at OURSELVES. We’re all in this one life TOGETHER, why not love one another along the way?
So, the next time you look in the mirror, I hope you realize that your flaws are just misunderstood beautiful pieces of yourself. You are beautiful just as you are. You are worthy. You are exactly where you are meant to be at this exact moment in time. Trust that.
Happy Sunday to you all. Should you ever need some extra encouragement and love, you know where I am
